Welcome to Freddova. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Freddova, operated by Muse Trading Limited (繆思貿易有限公司). Freddova operates this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products and services offered to you (the “Services”). Freddova is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By creating an account, placing an order, or using a feature that asks you to accept these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. General browsing remains subject to applicable website-use provisions, but does not remove any consent requirement imposed by law. If you do not agree, do not create an account, place an order or use a feature that requires acceptance.
1. Access and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account, billing, payment and shipping information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer or license your account to another person.
2. Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and devices may affect how colours and appearance are displayed. Product details may vary by model, so review the applicable product page before ordering.
We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Nothing in these Terms excludes any product guarantee, warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-receipt email only confirms that we received the order; it does not by itself mean that we accepted it. The order is accepted when Freddova sends a dispatch confirmation or expressly confirms acceptance. We may decline, limit or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
Review your order carefully before submitting it. If you request a cancellation after processing begins, we may be unable to stop shipment. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Products are sold for personal or household use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Prices, billing and payment
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted. The checkout page displays the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes and the final total before payment.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is also subject to our Payment Policy.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Where consumer law applies, risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you designate receives the goods, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by Freddova.

The Services and their content—including the Freddova name, logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio, software and design—are owned by Muse Trading Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, scrape, publicly display, sell or exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
7. Optional and third-party tools
We may provide access to tools, integrations or services operated by third parties. Such tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” and may be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy notice. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms before doing so.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, products, services or practices. Review the third party's terms and policies before completing a transaction or providing information.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Freddova is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Purchases made through the store are made directly with Muse Trading Limited, not with Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of Freddova products and is not responsible for the contract of sale between you and Freddova.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify also processes certain personal information as explained in that policy and in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback and reviews
If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, reviews, images or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content to operate, improve and promote the Services, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muse Trading Limited, Freddova and their officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Muse Trading Limited and its affiliates against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.
18. Severability
If any provision is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
19. Waiver and entire agreement
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement concerning your use of the Services, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
20. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of business or similar transaction, provided that your mandatory legal rights are not reduced.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights available under the law of your habitual residence.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance of the revised Terms, except where the law requires another form of consent.
