Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Halento. We are committed to offering you high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return and refund.
Returns
Return period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a refund or exchange. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Return requirements:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Certain items are not eligible for return (see “Non-returnable items” below).
Proof of purchase: To complete your return, we need a receipt, order number or other proof of purchase.
How to make a return
- Contact us: Please email us at support@halento.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Shipping instructions: Once your return has been approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
Refunds
Processing: Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds: Certain situations may result in partial refunds, such as items returned in non-original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and state in your first email that you would like to make an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or defective items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or customized items
- Downloadable software products
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
