Payment Policy

Secure checkout
Freddova uses HTTPS and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology to encrypt information transmitted during checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.
Accepted payment methods
The live Freddova storefront currently displays the following payment methods:
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- UnionPay
- Visa
Availability may vary by country, currency, device or payment-provider eligibility. Shop Pay or another accelerated checkout method may also appear when eligible. The payment methods actually available for your order are displayed at checkout.
Currency, prices and charges
Product prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed for your market. Before payment, checkout shows the product price, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes and the final order total. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees; Freddova does not control those fees.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the amount shown at checkout.
Authorization and order acceptance
A payment method may be authorized when you submit an order. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and Freddova's order confirmation. If an order is declined or cancelled after an authorization, the bank may take time to release a pending amount.
PCI DSS and payment information
Shopify and its payment services maintain security controls designed for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance. Freddova does not receive or store your full payment-card number through Shopify's payment processing systems. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, billing details, card type and the last four digits.
Failed or declined payments
A payment may be declined by your bank or payment provider for security, authorization, address-verification, insufficient-funds or other reasons. Freddova does not control the approval decision. Contact your bank or choose another available payment method if a payment fails.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing and eligibility are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
